Unfortunately, in order to remove the grill you will need to remove the bumper because the clips are on the back side of the bumper cover.

Someone backed into my wife's TLX and cracked the front grill chrome surround. The only way is with bumper cover off. Screw in the philips head screws onto the blackout grille where they were removed from the original grille.
